Yoga Classes for All Abilities

I offer an all-inclusive and friendly environment where everyone feels welcome. Whether you are a beginner or a more seasoned practitioner, my classes are designed to meet you at your level and help you grow in your practice. I generally teach Hatha Yoga incorporating a gentle Vinyasa flow. I integrate principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture to create a holistic and enriching experience.

Tuesdays: 9.30am -10.30am

Taylor Place, 1-22 London Road, Dorking, RH4 1GS (Free Parking)

Fridays: 1pm – 2pm

One-to-One Yoga Sessions: Available on request and tailored to your individual needs.

My Yoga Journey

Yoga for me began as a quest for physical fitness but quickly transformed into a path toward holistic well-being. Spanning the last two decades, yoga has become an integral part of my life, offering profound benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. It has taught me the importance of balance, mindfulness, and the deep connection between breath and movement as well as the physical benefits of strength, tone and flexibility.
